Automatic line for Power Pouch Lithium cell PACK

It’s used for production of the power pouch lithium cell pack , which automation process mainly include : Cells loading, sorting and grouping, tab length measurement, tab cutting, tab smoothing, tab bending, tab cleaning, module assembly, module stacking, end plate and insulation plate preprocessing, plate mixing, upper and lower cover plate preprocessing, upper and lower cover plate installation, laser welding, bus-bar assembly, tab bending , tab rolling to flat, laser welding(tab and bus-bar), FPC fixing and welding, vision inspection, module EOL test, protection cover fixing, module unloading. It can support linking to MES to realize process data traceability.
