PCM Loader
It's used to do the PCM automatic loading, the automation process include: PCM in tray stack loading , CCD positioning, PCM mounting by SCARA, code (on fixture) scanning, fixture positioning by Mark recognition, etc. The fixtures designed to move in on the upper belt conveyor and reflow from the bottom one, so the efficiency loss by fixture waiting can be significant reduced and the equipment OEE will be greatly improvement.
PCM Unloader
It's used to do the PCM automatic unloading, the automation process include: Empty stack tray loading , CCD positioning, PCB mounting, Open/close the protection steel sheet,trays recycling, etc. It's easier to dock with the SMT machines , has a higher equipment efficiency .
PCM Auto-test Equipment
It's used to do the function test of battery protection board, the automation process include: PCBA code scanning, connector crimping, function test,detective removing , retest, and fixtures loading/unloading. The fixtures can move in/out through two channels which set in the same level, so the efficiency loss by fixture waiting can be significant reduced and the equipment OEE will be greatly improvement.
Automatic line for PCM which FPC & PCB integrated advanced
It is suitable for the automatic production of smart phone power management system (PCM) . The automation process include: Original PCBA loading, FPC/PCB splitting, fixture mounting, connector crimping, vision inspection, function test, bending, finished product boxing, etc.

It is suitable for the automatic production of smart phone power management system (PCM) products. The automation process include: Original PCBA loading, FPC/PCB splitting, fixture mounting, FPC & PCB soldering, glue dispensing and UV baking, connector crimping, vision inspection, function test, bending, finished product boxing, etc.
