Square aluminum shell module PACK automatic line

It is suitable for the module pack production of square shell cells, and the functions include: cell feeding, OCV testing, cell surface cleaning, automatic glue (sheets, strips) automatic stacking, pole cleaning, polarity detection, laser welding, post-welding detection, automatic boxing, pack box dispensing, etc.

Mini Automatic Line for Cylindrical cell

The product is suitable for the front section of the cylindrical battery PACK line and is compatible with conventional cylindrical batteries such as 18650/20650/21700. The function of the whole line includes automatic sorting, automatic support, automatic installation of battery connecting pieces, automatic spot welding (resistance welding), etc.

PCM Loader

It's used to do the PCM automatic loading, the automation process include: PCM in tray stack loading , CCD positioning, PCM mounting by SCARA, code (on fixture) scanning, fixture positioning by Mark recognition, etc. The fixtures designed to move in on the upper belt conveyor and reflow from the bottom one, so the efficiency loss by fixture waiting can be significant reduced and the equipment OEE will be greatly improvement.

Automatic line for Electric Tools' PACK

It is suitable for automatic production of electric tools PACK (within 20 cells in one PACK). The automation process include: cells loading and sorting, cells insert into housing, connector assembly, spot welding, PCBA installation and fixing , glue dispensing, soldering, naked pack test, case assembly, labeling and laser carving, final test , etc.

Automatic assembly line for Car Wireless Charging

It's a semi-automatic line for the Car Wireless Charging manufacturing , the automation process include : screwing, glue dispensing, pressure holding test , soldering, function test, FOD test, etc.

Automatic assembly line for HUD

It's a semi-automatic line for the HUD manufacturing , the automation process include : screwing, glue dispensing, pressure holding test , vibration test, function test, image test , etc.

Auto vision inspection equipment for HUD

It's used to do the HUD optical performance test through simulating the different positions and angles when the HUD installed in a vehicle. A multi-axises motion mechanism was designed to realize simulation of the HUD installation , and a binocular camera was used to simulated human eye recognition , CPU comprehensive calculation of the data collected by the camera to determine whether the product meets the quality requirements. It is designed to be compatible with many vehicle models .

Automatic line for PCM Used in Notebook

It's used to produce battery protection board of notebook, the automation process include: PCBA splitting, PCBA mounting ,wiring harness &NTC fixing, pressure soldering, etc. A multi-position code scanning solution was designed to ensure a 100% successful barcode recognition to realize info traceability .

PCM Unloader

It's used to do the PCM automatic unloading, the automation process include: Empty stack tray loading , CCD positioning, PCB mounting, Open/close the protection steel sheet,trays recycling, etc. It's easier to dock with the SMT machines , has a higher equipment efficiency .

PCM Auto-test Equipment

It's used to do the function test of battery protection board, the automation process include: PCBA code scanning, connector crimping, function test,detective removing , retest, and fixtures loading/unloading. The fixtures can move in/out through two channels which set in the same level, so the efficiency loss by fixture waiting can be significant reduced and the equipment OEE will be greatly improvement.

Automatic line for PCM which FPC & PCB integrated advanced

It is suitable for the automatic production of smart phone power management system (PCM) . The automation process include: Original PCBA loading, FPC/PCB splitting, fixture mounting, connector crimping, vision inspection, function test, bending, finished product boxing, etc.

Automatic line for Power Pouch Lithium cell PACK

It’s used for production of the power pouch lithium cell pack , which automation process mainly include : Cells loading, sorting and grouping, tab length measurement, tab cutting, tab smoothing, tab bending, tab cleaning, module assembly, module stacking, end plate and insulation plate preprocessing, plate mixing, upper and lower cover plate preprocessing, upper and lower cover plate installation, laser welding, bus-bar assembly, tab bending , tab rolling to flat, laser welding(tab and bus-bar), FPC fixing and welding, vision inspection, module EOL test, protection cover fixing, module unloading. It can support linking to MES to realize process data traceability.

Spot Welding Machine

It is suitable for the spot welding process of cylindrical cells to realize the welding between connector sheet and battery poles ; it can link to the customer's MES to realize the traceability of process data.

Automatic line for PCM which FPC & PCB connected by soldering

It is suitable for the automatic production of smart phone power management system (PCM) products. The automation process include: Original PCBA loading, FPC/PCB splitting, fixture mounting, FPC & PCB soldering, glue dispensing and UV baking, connector crimping, vision inspection, function test, bending, finished product boxing, etc.

Consumer Soft PACK PACK Line

It finish the pad printing process of the consumer pouch cells , the automation process as : cell tray loading , A-side pad printing ,baking , B-side pad printing , baking , inkjet printing , and vision inspection .

Automatic Line for Prismatic Cell

It is suitable for the automatic production of prismatic battery PACK. The automation process as: cells loading , OCR & IR test, battery thickness measurement, plasma cleaning, laser welding, etc.

BMS Test Equipment

Test machine used for the battery protection board production , integrate the functions of code scanning 、PCBA functions test and fixtures automatically loading/unloading . Here is a dual-channel working model designed in the robot loading/unloading modular , in order to greatly improve production efficiency and equipment OEE .

Cell Sorting & Housing Assembly Machine

Suitable for the battery PACK that have less than 20 cells , mainly used in the field of electric tools manufacturing . Automation process as : cells loading , insulation paper sticking , code scanning , sorting test and category ranking (normally 5+1), housing loading , cells inserting into housing , laser carving , etc.

Automatic Line For Power Battery PACK

Suitable for power battery PACK (60~300 cells), specially designed and optimized for large battery packs, The automation process include: cells loading and;sorting, cells inserting into the housing , housing screwing, connectors assembly, spot welding, etc.

Automatic line for Sweeping robot PACK

It is suitable for special production of battery packs of sweeping robots with the square matrix structure. Align to the "no housing" feature of this type of products, the equipment process had been specially optimized .The automatical process include: cells loading and sorting, grouping, connectors assembly, spot welding, PCBA fixing, PCBA laser welding, soldering, labeling and foaming, thermal shrinkage of the film, naked pack test, final test , etc.

Automatic assembly line for electric iron

The modified equipment can realize the automatic assembly and testing of the whole production process automation of handheld steam iron products. With the distributed double-speed chain as the carrier, it integrates advanced technologies in the industry such as four-axis SCARA robots and six-axis joint robots. Save 27 operators for customers and increase efficiency by 45.6%.
